Cooking & Storage
How long do Relo meals last?
Relo meals undergo a special vacuum sealing process that gives them a long shelf life without compromising on taste, quality, or nutrition. This process means that when unopened, the meals last 12 months from the date of manufacture without the need for refrigeration.
How do I store Relo meals?
Sealed Relo meals do not require refrigeration and should not be frozen, they are best stored in a cool dry place under 25°C such as a kitchen cupboard and eaten within one year of the manufacturing date.
How do I cook Relo meals?
These convenient meals can be eaten hot or cold, depending on your preference. For the best flavour, we recommend heating them up. Each individual meal has heating instructions on the packaging, but placing them in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds is usually enough to enjoy your meal hot.
Can Relo meals be frozen?
There is no need to refrigerate or freeze your meals due to the vacuum sealing process undertaken during packaging. We do not recommend freezing, as this may alter the taste of the meals or affect their quality during the heating process.
Is Relo a weight loss product?
